LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - IronRidge Resources announced on Tuesday that Priy Jayasuriya has resigned as its chief financial officer, by mutual agreement, effective immediately.
The AIM-traded firm said it has started an executive search for a new CFO, and has appointed Karl Schlobohm as its interim chief financial officer to provide continuity until the search process completes.
"Schlobohm is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been the company secretary of IronRidge since 2009, and has previously acted as the company's chief financial officer," the board said in its statement.
IronRidge said it would update the market in due course, in relation to its search process.
At 1341 GMT, shares in IronRidge Resources were down 11.71% at 13.68p.
