Its Ordinary Shares were admitted to the premium listing segment of the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the “Premium Segment”) on 15 October 2018 (“Admission”) Prior to this, the Ordinary Shares traded on the Specialist Fund Segment (“SFS”) of the London Stock Exchange.
