LONDON (ShareCast) - AIM-listed X-ray imaging products developer Image Scan Holdings announced its long-running Finance Director Louise George has resigned from the board with immediate effect.

George has worked for the group for 12 years and will now be working closely with the group’s former accountant and newly appointed Financial Controller Sarah Atwell King, so as to ensure an orderly transition.

King joined the company in September 2013 and prior to that was part of a £15m turnover company employing 50 people within the leisure sector.

Chairman Bill Mawer said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Louise for her long and dedicated service to the company and wish her every success in her new role."

As of 10:50 the share price was unchanged at 2.75p.
