LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Drinks maker Britvic has appointed Joanne Wilson as its new chief financial officer, replacing Matthew Dunn.
Wilson is currently CFO at Tesco-owned customer data science company dunnhumby. Prior to this, she had a variety of financial and commercial roles at Tesco internationally as well as in the UK. She started her career at KPMG, where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
Chief executive officer Simon Litherland said: "I am delighted to welcome Joanne to Britvic, she will be a strong addition to the Britvic board and executive team. Joanne brings considerable retail, digital and consumer experience.
"This, coupled with her commercial and financial expertise, will be invaluable as we continue to successfully execute our strategy and ambitious performance and growth plans."
Wilson's start date will be confirmed in due course.
At 0820 GMT, the shares were up 0.4% to 933.37p.
