LONDON (ShareCast) - On what was a notably quiet day for deals, Oliver Fattal, a Non-Executive Director of C A Separati, traded in 40,000 shares in the clothing materials and fabric group.

The transaction reduces Fattal's stake to 1.36m shares, equal to a 12.43% stake.

The sale comes after the group last month posted its results for the year ended October 31st, which showed a reduction to its annual losses, down from £0.32m to £0.29m year-on-year, as a decline in expenses offset a decline in turnover.

The group gave a cautious outlook, warning that the economic slump had had "a negative impact on the demand for the company's traditional products" and that "long-term growth opportunities in the sector are limited".
