LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Watkin Jones revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Francis Salway had acquired 45,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed construction and development firm.
Salway, who joined the board of Watkin Jones in October 2022, purchased the shares at an average price of 110.16p per share, for a total value of £50,122.80.

Back in October, Watkin Jones reported a "strong" second-half operational performance as it continued delivery across both its purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent development programmes, although market volatility saw it lower guidance.

As of 1610 GMT, Watkin Jones shares were up 1.37% at 111.80p.
