LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Audio and visual specialist Midwich revealed on Thursday that group managing director Stephen Fenby had acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed company.
Fenby, who joined Midwich back in 2004, purchased the shares at an average price of 533.66p each, for a total value of £160,097.99.

Back in January, Midwich said it had seen strong trading momentum witnessed in its first-half carry on into the second.

Midwich told investors that it had seen "encouraging growth" across all of its divisions, driven in part by acquisitions made by the firm in 2017.

The AIM-listed group now expects to revenues for the year ended 31 December 2018 to be in excess of £570m - a year-on-year improvement of approximately 20%. Pre-tax profits were projected to be "slightly ahead" of previous expectations.

As of 1620 BST, Midwich shares had slipped 3.66% to 526p.
