LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Accrol Group revealed on Thursday that chief executive Gareth Jenkins had disposed of 1.33m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed tissue converter.
Jenkins, who took over as CEO in September 2017, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 70.50p each, for a total value of £939,764.98.

Back in December, Accrol named Richard Newman as its next chief financial officer, stating his leadership skills, knowledge and breadth of experience in mergers and acquisition, FX management and FMCG, would "significantly strengthen" its finance function and be "invaluable" in the delivery of the its "significant expansion plans".

As of 1630 GMT, Accrol shares were down 2.78% at 70.0p.
