LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Oxford Biodynamics revealed on Wednesday that interim chairman Stephen Diggle had purchased 18,309 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed biotechnology firm.


Diggle, who acquired the shares via his Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, made his purchases on Tuesday at an average price of 104.0p each, for a total transaction value of £19,041.36.

Following the purchases, Vulpes was left holding an interest in 11.81m ordinary shares in the firm, representing approximately 12.76% of OBD's current issued share capital.

As of 1640 GMT, stock in Oxford Biodynamics was down 1.41% at 105.0p.
