LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - ULS Technology non-executive director Oliver Scott was on the list of buyers on Thursday, after Kestrel Partners purchased 22,600 shares in the company for its discretionary clients.
The AIM-traded firm said Kestrel bought the shares at an average price of 79.5310p each, making for a total transaction value of £17,974.01.

Scott is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel, and is also a shareholder in Kestrel client Kestrel Opportunities.

As a result, he was deemed to have a beneficial interest in all of Kestrel Opportunities' holding in the company, which it said totalled 12,926.654 shares after the transaction.

On a combined basis, Kestrel Partners now indirectly held voting rights over 18,828,782 shares in ULS, representing 29.02% of its issued share capital.

Looking at the sellers, Scotland-focussed housebuilder Springfield Properties confirmed that chief executive officer Innes Smith and his wife Eilidh had sold 30,000 shares in the company in two transactions.

The AIM-traded firm said both sales were at a price of 152p per share, making the larger tranche of 16,500 shares worth £25,080, and the second lot of 13,500 shares worth £20,520.

Springfield said that after the sales, Innes Smith and his wife had an interest in 923,654 shares, representing about 0.9% of the company's issued share capital.

At 1510 GMT, shares in ULS Technology were up 1.78% at 82.95p, while those in Springfield Properties were ahead 1.69% at 150p.
