LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Mobile payments group Boku revealed on Friday that Dr Richard Hargreaves will replace Mark Britto as chairman following the company's annual general meeting on 1 June.
Hargreaves, currently a non-executive director of the group, will essentially switch roles with Britto, who will remain with the company as a non-executive director.
As of 1120 GMT, Boku shares were down 0.40% at 123.50p.
