LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Lifestyle and travel platform operator Ten Lifestyle revealed on Tuesday that chairman Bruce Weatherill had purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm.
Weatherill, who joined Ten in 2017, acquired the shares on Friday at an average price of 98.31p each, for a total value of £98,310.

Following the share purchase, Weatherill owns 776,523 ordinary shares in Ten, representing 0.96% of its total voting rights.

Ten won a three-year contract with Revolut last Tuesday that will see its high-touch lifestyle and concierge services integrated within the Revolut app.

The contract was expected to be worth more than £2m in the 2019/20 financial year.

As of 1620 BST, Ten shares had picked up 1.77% to 99.99p.
