LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Keystone Law revealed on Monday that chief executive James Knight had disposed of 127,725 shares in the AIM-listed firm.

Knight, who founded the group back in 2002, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 492.0p each, for a total value of £628,407.01.

Following the sale, Knight still holds 10.55m ordinary shares in the company, representing 33.75% of its issued share capital.

In late November, Keystone said despite the disruption caused by the second wave of Covid-19, it had performed well throughout its second half to date.

As of 1630 GMT, Keystone shares were untraded at 490.0p.
