LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - OnTheMarket said on Tuesday that it has appointed Tom Carter as its new chief financial officer.
Carter's joining date will be announced in due course, as he is currently serving a six-month notice period with his current employer, Architekts Group.

He has been CFO of the AIM-listed beauty brand business since 2020 and led the recent acquisition of main market listed Innovaderma. Prior to that, Carter was group finance and operations director at Technetix Group, a global technology company, and has also held financial roles at Alliance Boots, BSkyB and Procter and Gamble. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.

Carter said: "OnTheMarket is widely recognised as a leader in the industry, and this is an exciting time to be joining the business. I look forward to working with Jason and the team to further differentiate the proposition and build a 'one-stop-shop' for agents and housebuilders across the entire property ecosystem."

The company also announced that Simon Bullock has been appointed interim CFO with immediate effect. He has 30 years of finance experience, with more than 20 years at CFO level, including at Caxton FX Limited, AIM-listed Bonhill Group, Merit Group and Aurasian Minerals. He will not join the company's board.
