LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Video games developer Team17 revealed that long-time chief financial officer Paul Bray had decided to step down and retire in order to spend more time with his family.
Bray, who had presided over a "significant period of financial progress" since joining Team17 in 2010, will be replaced by former Experian finance director Jo Jones, with immediate effect.
Jones has spent the last decade at Experian, working across a number of senior finance roles.
Chief executive Debbie Bestwick, said: "Firstly, let me personally thank Paul for his significant contribution to Team17 over the last eight years. Having supported me through the MBO and more recently our successful IPO, on behalf of everyone here at Team17, we wish Paul and his family well for the future."
"Secondly, let me welcome Jo into the Team17 family, we are delighted with her appointment. She joins our business at an incredibly exciting time and we look forward to her contribution in continuing our successful journey."
As of 1130 BST, Team17 shares had slipped 2.04% to 240p.
