LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Oil and gas production firm Jadestone Energy has tapped Bert-Jaap Dijkstra to take over as chief financial officer, with effect from 1 September.
Dijkstra will join Jadestone from SBM Offshore, where he has held a number of finance and management roles since 2013 - most recently serving as group treasurer and director of investor relations.

Prior to SBM Offshore, Dijkstra held various finance roles in European commercial real estate and also Royal Dutch Shell, where he lived and worked for a period in Southeast Asia as a finance and planning manager.

Dijkstra will relocate with his family to Singapore, in line with Jadestone's strategy of ensuring that senior management is positioned close to its assets and finance teams in the Asia-Pacific region.

As of 0955 BST, Jadestone shares were up 1.18% 82.97p.
