LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Invesco Asset Management has sold a 9.3% stake in investment platform AJ Bell.
The US-based investment management company sold 38 million shares in AJ bell at 380p each, raising £144.4m and reducing its holding to 16.1%.
Numis acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the placing.
Invesco said it plans to "remain a significant, long term shareholder" of the company.
At 0920 BST, the shares were down 1.8% at 393p.
