LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - AJ Bell revealed on Friday that chief executive Andy Bell had disposed of 5.5m ordinary shares in the online investment platform provider.
Bell, who co-founded the group back in 1995, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 420.0p each, for a total value of £23.09m.

Following the transaction, Bell and those closely associated with him held an interest in 98.31m ordinary shares in the group - representing approximately 24.03% of AJ Bell's total issued share capital.

As of 1620 GMT, AJ Bell shares were up 0.59% at 429p.
