LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Trainline found itself on the list of director buys on Monday, after one of its non-executive directors was linked to a near-£25k transaction.
The transport ticketing agency disclosed Daniel Goss-Custard purchased 8,798 shares on 15 May, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Goss-Custard paid 284.14p for each share, valuing the transaction at £24,998.46.

In its regulatory disclosure, Trainline said Daniel Goss-Custard is closely associated with one of its non-executive directors, Rakhi Goss-Custard.

On the selling side of the ledger, London Stock Exchange Group was once again the only FTSE 350 entry as its share buyback continued.

The exchange operator said York Holdings II offloaded 7,216 shares on 12 May as part of the third tranche of its share buyback programme, which it announced on 20 March.

It said the shares were sold for 8,546.06p apiece, valuing the sale at £616,683.69.

LSEG said in its disclosure that York Holdings II counts one of its own directors, Martin Brand, as both a director and a close associate.

At 1534 BST, shares in Trainline were up 4.78% at 280.6p, while those in London Stock Exchange were down 1.29% at 8,444p.
