Guild Esports PLC is a recently established company incorporated in England and Wales. The Company was formed for the purpose of raising capital to develop a global esports team called Guild. Since incorporation on 2019-09-03, the Company has been developing its commercial relationships, its overall brand and in-house marketing technology required to run a digitally based esports organisation. The Company has already signed a leading FIFA esports player, a high calibre Rocket League team and has reached an agreement for David Beckham to be the face of the Company’s brand
