Bay Capital Plc is an acquisition company which has applied for a standard listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and for its shares to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE: BAY). The Company was established in March 2021 in order to undertake one or more investment or acquisition opportunities of businesses operating within the UK or internationally where the Directors believe there to be opportunities for the creation of shareholder value across certain sectors of focus including industrials, construction and business services, and software and technology companies which service those industry verticals.
