LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Londonmetric revealed on Thursday that chairman Patrick Vaughan had disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed property company.
Vaughan, who took over as chairman following the group's merger with London and Stamford in 2013, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 230.0p each, for a total value of £1.14m.

Back in November, Londonmetric increased its dividend as it reported strong rent collection and higher revenue in the first half.

Rent collection was "strong" during the Covid-19 crisis with 98% of third-quarter rents received with 1% deferred. The FTSE 250 property group increased its first-half dividend by 5% to 4.2p a share.

As of 1640 GMT, Londonmetric shares were up 1.99% at 235.60p.
