LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Computer systems supplier and developer Quixant has completed the acquisition of display solution provider Densitron Technologies for £7.66m.
The London-listed company said it expects the acquisition to be significantly earnings enhancing in the first full year of ownership, adding Densitron, which employs 59 staff across seven countries, will continue to operate as a separate division within the group.

"The acquisition provides us with a widened global footprint and exposure to a range of industrial markets through their experienced sales team while taking advantage of the synergy and collaboration benefits which have already been identified," said group chief executive Nick Jarmany.

Quixant shares were down 1.05% to 142.00p at 1429 GMT on Wednesday.
