(Sharecast News) - Arbuthnot Banking revealed on Thursday that chairman Henry Angest had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed private and merchant bank.
Angest, who was appointed director of Arbuthnot in 1994, purchased the shares at an average price of 990.0p each, for a total value of £989,999.96.
