London close: Stocks pare losses to end flat but WPP tanks

(Sharecast News) - London stocks ended flat on Thursday, paring earlier losses in the afternoon thanks to a weaker pound, but WPP tumbled after another profit warning.
The FTSE 100 closed unchanged at 9,760.06, while sterling was 0.3% lower versus the dollar at 1.3154.
