(Sharecast News) - Japan's SoftBank is reportedly in talks to buy Graphcore, a struggling British semiconductor start-up once valued at $2.8bn.
Bloomberg cited people familiar with the deals as saying that the two companies have held discussions over several months but entered into more advanced deal talks recently.
