Although the emerging-market sell-off seems to have stabilised overnight, the focus on Tuesday remains on the emergency monetary policy meeting convened by the Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) for 22:00 this evening.

The move appears to be a desperate attempt by Turkish authorities to slow down the recent decline...
