Forbes ranks Credit Bank of Moscow 1st among Russian lenders in World's Best Banks list

(Sharecast News) - Forbes has included Credit Bank of Moscow as the top Russian lender in its first ever list of the World's Best banks.
To compile the ranking, German data analytics group, Statista, asked over 40,000 banking clients around the globe for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships.
Included in the rankings were financial institutions from 23 countries, mostly belonging to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, together with the largest emerging economies, such as Brazil and China.
Among the criteria utilised to score lenders were their: trustworthiness, customer services, digital services, financial advice and clients' general satisfaction.
CBoM came in first place out of the twenty Russian lenders that made it onto the list, ahead of the likes of UniCredit, Raiffeisen Bank International and Citibank.
In August 2018, CBoM was already the only company from the Russian Federation to be included on Forbes's 250 Growth Champions list.
Subsequently, in October, CBoM took the second spot in the prestigious business publisher's ranking of the Top 200 private Russian enterprises.
