Virgin Money chairman Pettigrew to retire by September 2021

(Sharecast News) - Virgin Money said on Friday that chairman Jim Pettigrew will retire by September 2021, having served nine years on the board.
The company said it has already begun the search for a successor.

The move is in line with the UK corporate governance code, which states that a chair should not serve on the board for more than nine years.
