OnTheMarket reaches listing agreement with Bellway

(Sharecast News) - Property website operator OnTheMarket signed a listing agreement with Bellway on Friday, as the group looked to broaden its property advertiser base.
OnTheMarket inked the deal with Bellway, another of the UK's leading housebuilders which provide a wide variety of homes at a range of price points across Britain.
Bellway highlighted the "clear and simple way" in which OnTheMarket displays its properties for making the choice to work with the AIM-listed firm.
OnTheMarket commercial director Helen Whiteley said: "We are delighted that Bellway has decided to join us as we start the new year while we continue to broaden our property advertiser base and widen our appeal to active property-seekers.
"Bellway is a highly successful developer which is committed to addressing the growing national housing shortage by building high-quality homes in desirable locations."
As of 0845 GMT, OnTheMarket shares were up 0.56% at 71.90p.
