Oxford Covid-19 vaccine reportedly triggers 'correct' immune response

(Sharecast News) - Oxford University's Covid-19 vaccine candidate has successfully induced the correct type of immune response in clinical trials.


Sarah Gilbert, one of the lead researchers in the clinical trials, reportedly expressed satisfaction at the results of the latest tests.

In parallel, a top government official said, Kate Bingham, reportedly added that a Covid-19 vaccine may be ready towards the start of 2021, although it may only lessen the severity of the sickness instead of granting complete protection.
