Telit Communications taps Eyal Shefer for CFO

(Sharecast News) - Internet of Things enabler Telit Communications has appointed Eyal Shefer to the role of chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Telit said on Monday that Shefer would succeed current CFO Yariv Dafna, who was leaving the group in order to take up a new role elsewhere.
Prior to joining Telit, Shefer worked in senior finance roles in listed international technology businesses, including Nasdaq-listed firms Magic Software Enterprises, DSP Group and Check Point Software.
Chairman Simon Duffy said: "We are pleased to announce the promotion of Eyal to chief financial officer and to welcome him to the board.
"He has worked closely with Yariv since he joined Telit last year and brings significant and relevant financial expertise to the role. Eyal has also been deeply involved in all aspects of our response to the coronavirus and has already driven positive change and improvements within the business."
As of 0915 BST, Telit shares were up 0.74% at 141.04p.
