IronRidge appoints Amanda Harsas as new finance chief

(Sharecast News) - IronRidge Resources announced the appointment of Amanda Harsas as its chief financial officer on Monday, with immediate effect.
The AIM-traded firm said Harsas is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic finance, business transformation, commercial finance, customer and supplier negotiations, and capital management.
It said she has "broad experience" across several sectors including healthcare, insurance, retail and professional services.
Harsas is a Chartered Accountant, holds a bachelor of business, and has international experience in Asia, Europe and the United States.
"IronRidge continues to strengthen its management team as it makes its transition from explorer to developer," said chairman Neil Herbert.
"We are delighted Amanda is joining us in this important role and at such a pivotal time in the company's history."
At 1158 GMT, shares in IronRidge Resources were down 5.65% at 15.52p.
