Director dealings: Gresham House CEO lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - Gresham House revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Anthony Dalwood had disposed of 37,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed asset manager.
Dalwood, who took over as CEO back in December 2014, sold the shares at an average price of 823.0p each, for a total value of £308,624.98.
Following the transaction, Dalwood holds 842,734 ordinary shares in Gresham House, reflecting 2.6% of its issued share capital.
Back in December, analysts at Jefferies reiterated their 'buy' rating on Gresham House following news that it had acquired Irish asset manager Appian.
As of 1630 GMT, Gresham shares were up 0.91% at 827.50p.
