Director dealings: DX Group CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - DX Group revealed on Monday that chief executive Lloyd Dunn had purchased 312,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed logistics firm.
Dunn, who joined DX in April 2016, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 32.0p each, for a total value of £100,000.

Following the transaction, Dunn has a total beneficial holding of 62.26m ordinary DX shares, representing 10.85% of the company's issued share capital.

Back in March, continued the expansion of its network with the opening of a new 20,000 square foot depot, located at Gartcosh Industrial Par in Glasgow, to serve its express division, which specialises in secure, next-day parcel delivery.

As of 1645 BST, DX shares were up 6.35% at 33.50p.
