Essentra names Jack Clark as CFO designate

(Sharecast News) - Essential components supplier Essentra revealed on Monday that it had tapped former Marshals chief financial officer Jack Clarke to succeed outgoing CFO Lily Liu.
Essentra stated Clarke will join the board as chief financial officer Designate, with effect from 4 April, with Liu set to step down from the board following the conclusion of its annual general meeting on 19 May. She will, however, remain with the group to focus on its strategic review and her leaving date will be announced separately.

Prior to joining Marshalls, Clarke was CFO of AMEC E&I from 2010 to 2014 and held several other positions in AMEC's international operating divisions since joining in 2006.

Chairman Paul Lester said "I am pleased that Jack has agreed to join the board as chief financial officer. His established expertise as a CFO will be invaluable to the business in the coming years. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Lily again for the role she has played in helping the team deliver on the group's strategy and growth objectives."
