Sureserve names Sameet Vohra as CFO

(Sharecast News) - Asset and energy support services firm Sureserve has made Sameet Vohra's appointment to the role of chief financial officer permanent.
Sureserve said on Wednesday that Vohra, who was named interim CFO back in December 2021, will take over the role on a full-time basis and be appointed to the group's board of directors, effective immediately.
The AIM-listed company added that Vohra, a qualified chartered accountant, had "considerable finance and commercial experience" in senior finance leadership roles, including time spent as CFO at Science Group.
Chairman Nick Winks said: "We are particularly pleased to welcome Sam to the Sureserve Group board. Having worked with him in his role of interim CFO, we have already seen him contribute significantly to the business and he is a valuable addition to the team."
As of 1100 BST, Sureserve shares were down 1.52% at 80.75p.
