Sirius Real Estate to lift full-year dividend

(Sharecast News) - Sirius Real Estate said on Tuesday that it expects to lifts its total dividend for the year to the end of March by between 15.5% and 16.5% on the year.
The owner and operator of branded business and industrial parks in Germany and the UK expects the dividend to be between 4.389 cents and 4.427 cents per share, versus 3.800 cents in the prior year.
In a very brief statement, Sirius said the expected increase is mainly due to a rise in funds from operations for the year ended 31 March 2022.
Audited results for the year are expected to be published on 13 June.
