(Sharecast News) - Budget airline Ryanair reported a 203% jump in June traffic on Monday.
Passenger numbers grew to 15.9m from 5.3m in June 2021, while the load factor - which gauges how full the planes are - rose to 95% from 72%.
On a rolling 12-month basis, passenger numbers were up 283% to 134.5m, and the load factor came in at 86%, up from 72%.
Ryanair said it operated more than 88,500 flights in June.
Over the weekend, Ryanair's cabin crew in Spain announced plans to strike for 12 days in July as they demand better working conditions.
