Haydale Graphene finance chief to step down

(Sharecast News) - Haydale Graphene announced on Friday that its chief financial officer Mark Chapman would be stepping down from his position to pursue a new appointment.
The AIM-traded firm said that although the exact departure date had not yet been confirmed, Chapman would remain focussed on ensuring a smooth transition of his responsibilities in the intervening period.
Its board had started the search for Chapman's successor, with an update set to be issued when an appropriate candidate had been found.
"We thank Mark for his hard work in supporting the wider Haydale team in their move towards commercialising our proprietary technology and we wish him the very best for the future," said chief executive officer Keith Broadbent.
At 1400 GMT, shares in Haydale Graphene Industries were down 6.1% at 1.88p.
