Audioboom extends partnership with Formula 1

(Sharecast News) - Podcast company Audioboom has renewed its strategic alliance with Formula 1 through 2025.
Audioboom said on Wednesday that it will partner with Formula 1 on the production, distribution and monetisation of its official podcasts, including F1: Beyond the Grid and F1 Nation.
The AIM-listed group Audioboom Studios will co-produce Formula 1's podcast slate, while the Audioboom technology platform will power global distribution of the shows. It will also provide monetisation services for the partnership through its advertising products and its global ad-tech marketplace.
Since Formula 1's move into podcasting in 2018, its official podcasts have been downloaded more than 80.0m times.
Chief executive Stuart Last said: "We are thrilled to once more extend our partnership with the team at Formula 1. This partnership encompasses every aspect of the Audioboom platform - our distribution technology, our production services through Audioboom Studios, and our cutting-edge advertising products."
As of 1010 GMT, Audioboom shares were up 6.27% at 441.0p.
