Diversified Energy sells undeveloped US assets for $16m

(Sharecast News) - Diversified Energy said it had sold undeveloped acreage within its central region for around $16m.
The Assets include about 22,000 acres in Oklahoma.

"Consistent with prior acquisitions, the company ascribed no value to the leasehold in its purchase price allocation. Accordingly, 100% of the proceeds from this sale represent additional value to shareholders," the company said on Monday.
