(Sharecast News) - People monitoring technology specialist Big Technologies announced the resignation of its independent non-executive chair Simon Collins on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm noted Collins' leadership during its initial public offering (IPO) in 2021, as well as his contributions to its ongoing success.
It said the recruitment process for a new independent non-executive chair would start immediately.
In the interim, independent non-executive director Alexander Brennan had taken on the role of interim chair to guide the company through its next phase of growth.
At 1216 BST, shares in Big Technologies were down 1.38% at 141.03p.
