Dividend Declaration 

At the Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2018, Shareholders approved the Company's dividend policy of making dividend payments, equivalent to 4 per cent. of the Company's Net Asset Value as at the last day of the preceding financial year (31 August), through two equal semi-annual distributions.

The Directors have today declared the first Interim Dividend for the period ending 31 August 2020 in an amount of 12.4p per Ordinary Share. 

The first Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 31 January 2020 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 20 December 2019 (ex-dividend Thursday, 19 December 2019).
