Real Good Food reaches out-of-court settlement with former sugar supplier

(Sharecast News) - Real Good Food said on Friday that it has reached an out-of-court settlement with one of its former sugar suppliers.
The AIM-listed diversified food business said the amount was broadly in line with the former provision made in its accounts to the year ended 31 March 2018.

The settlement brings to "a satisfactory close a dispute that has been outstanding for more than a year," it said.

At 1600 GMT, the shares were up 4% to 6.50p.
