Director dealings: Former 888 CEO lowers stake

(Sharecast News) - 888 Holdings director Itai Frieberger disposed of 2m ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed gambling outfit.
Frieberger, who stood down as chief executive back in January after 15 years, sold the shares at an average price of 152p each, for a total value of £3.04m.
Following the sale, Frieberger still holds an interest in 3.51m ordinary shares, representing approximately 1% of the company's issued share capital.
888 reported a strong improvement in annual profits last month, despite UK regulatory pressures hitting revenue, and said "positive momentum" had continued into 2019.
Turnover dropped 2% to $529.9m in the past calendar year after UK revenue fell 16% to $170.6m due to "sweeping changes" made by the company amid increased regulatory pressures.
As of 1640 BST, 888 shares had picked up 1.95% to 156.60p.
