Stanley Gibbons agrees resolution with former Mallett directors

(Sharecast News) - Stanley Gibbons Group announced on Friday that its ongoing dispute involving some ex-directors of Mallett had reached a final conclusion.
The AIM-traded firm said all outstanding claims involving certain former directors of Mallett had now been resolved, bringing the matter to a "full and final" end.

"The group expects to receive, over the course of the next 12 months, a total of £0.85m as a result of this agreement," the board said in its short statement.
