Director dealings: SolGold CEO's foundation sells shares

(Sharecast News) - SolGold revealed on Friday that The Mather Foundation, a philanthropic auxiliary foundation trust fund of which its chief executive Nicholas Mather was a director, had disposed of 400,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed miner.
Mather's foundation, which makes philanthropic and charitable donations to prostate cancer research, mental health and homelessness organisations, emergency flight care services and other charities in Australia, sold the shares two days before at an average price of 27.93p each, for a total value of £111,720.
The sale represented less than 0.5% of the total shareholdings associated with Mather.
Mather said: "The sale is in no way an indication of a diminished outlook in respect of the value of SolGold or its growth outlook in the future."
As of 1620 BST, SolGold shares had picked up 1.99% to 28.20p.
