Director dealings: Lakestreet Capital ups stake in John Menzies

(Sharecast News) - John Menzies revealed on Monday that Lakestreet Capital Partners AG, a group closely associated with non-executive director Christian Kappelhoff-Wulff, had acquired 60,000 ordinary shares in the aviation services holding company.
Lakestreet, which is headed up by Kappelhoff-Wulff, who was appointed to the board of Menzies back in May, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 379p each, for a total value of £227,400.
Lakestreet targeted John Menzies for takeover back in 2015, saying it had "committed itself to unlocking the intrinsic value of John Menzies" in the interest of shareholders.
As of 1610 BST, Menzies shares were down 0.24% at 412p.
