(Sharecast News) - Wincanton confirmed on Tuesday that its new chief executive officer, James Wroath, would join the business and be appointed to the board with effect from 2 September.
The London-listed logistics company had announced the appointment of Wroath, to replace current CEO Adrian Coleman, on 9 May.
"Adrian Colman will step down as CEO and from the board with effect from 2 September," the Wincanton board confirmed.
"[He] will remain accessible to James and the executive team until 31 October to ensure a smooth handover."
